OK, so my plan is to get out and actually use the rather expensive camera that I treated myself to last year (a Canon Rebel T2i).  I’m ramping up for a summer of insect photography, but for now I will settle for whatever nature happens to be around.  My idea is to post seven photographs per week (perhaps in a burst, perhaps one per day) of the nature around where I live (captive things are fine!) to make 365 for the year.  Tomorrow is the first day, so watch this space to check in on my progress.  In the meantime, here are a few random photos to try out the “gallery” format on this blog theme:
